1. Return Period

You have <strong>14 days</strong> from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition as received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Opened or used packaging products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety standards.


3. How to Start a Return

  2. If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can quickly resolve the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are <strong>not eligible</strong> for return:

  • Custom-printed or branded packaging (boxes, cups, bags, sleeves, or containers printed with your logo or design).
  • Food-contact packaging that has been opened or unsealed.
  • Made-to-order or bulk items manufactured to your size, material, or color specifications.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items offered at discounted prices.

These restrictions ensure food safety, hygiene compliance, and custom manufacturing integrity.


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  3. Please allow your bank or card provider a few business days for the refund to appear.
