  • Material availability

2.3 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Carrier service levels
  • Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances

4.3 Overnight/Next-Day Shipping

Urgent orders can be shipped via overnight or next-day service where available. This option is subject to order processing time and carrier availability. Premium rates apply.

4.4 Freight Shipping

Large bulk orders may require freight shipping. We will contact you to arrange appropriate freight services and provide a shipping quote.

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors:

  • Package value (for insurance purposes)

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout Egypt. Delivery times and costs vary by location within the country.

6.2 International Shipping

For international orders, please allow additional time for customs processing. Delivery times may be extended beyond our estimates.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided. If you have an account with us, you can also view order status and tracking information in your account dashboard.

If you have not received a tracking email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@packermart.com.


8. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete and accurate shipping address
  • Recipient name (as it appears on ID for some carriers)
  • Street address, apartment/unit number (if applicable)
  • City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
  • Country (for international orders)
  • Contact phone number for delivery coordination

Important: We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


9. Package Handling and Care

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Fragile items receive additional protective packaging
  • Bulk orders are palletized and secured for freight shipping
  • All packages are clearly labeled with shipping information

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, please note it with the carrier and contact us immediately.


10. Delayed or Lost Packages

10.1 Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please:

  2. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number

10.2 Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we will:

  • Investigate with the carrier
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Reship your order or provide a refund once the investigation is complete

Please allow up to 10 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting a package as lost.


11. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if they are:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address
  • Unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts
  • Unable to be delivered due to carrier restrictions

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it minus any applicable restocking fees.

  • Specific delivery instructions
